Refund Policy for All Year Magic
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from All Year Magic. Please review our refund policy to understand your rights and our procedures:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible for the following reasons:
• Damaged or Defective Products: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
• Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item.
• Non-Delivery: If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for non-delivery claims.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind).
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences.
• Delayed delivery caused by the carrier, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
Refund Process
1. Submit a Request: Email support@allyearmagic.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if your refund is approved or if additional information is needed.
3. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Returns
• In most cases, returns are not required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Instead, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
• If a return is necessary, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are not offered for most items as they are shipped directly from our suppliers. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

Custom and Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
