Shipping Policy for All Year Magic
Processing Times
• Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after purchase.
• During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Times
• Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
• United States: 10-25 business days
• International: 15-35 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, or carrier issues).
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Certain promotions may offer free or discounted shipping—please refer to the specific terms of the promotion.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• All Year Magic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Information
• Some items may ship separately and may not have detailed tracking available.
• If tracking is available, you will receive updates via email once your package has been shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for updates.
• In the event of a lost package, please contact us at allyearmagic@gmail.com. within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
Returns and Refunds for Shipping Issues
• Non-delivery Claims: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us within 7 days. We may require proof (e.g., photo evidence or carrier confirmation).
• Incorrect Address: If the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for redelivery or additional shipping charges.
Shipping Limitations

• We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
